Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Small group classes offer community and custom programming- the best of both worlds. We limit classes to 4 people so that we can provide quality attention and instruction. All clients start with the same intensive questionnaire and technique session that our 1-on-1 clients receive as this ensures highly-individualized programming once you enter the group setting so that we can tailor your program specifically to you. Our group training is not a boot camp with random cardio-intense workouts that leave you depleted but is a systematic and structured class setting in which ladies train together simultaneously to increase strength and skill. Your strength progressions are tracked and adjusted weekly by your trainer to get you the results that YOU want.</image:caption>
