• Auto-regulation

• Meet prep & performance cycles

• Thinking like a lifter, not a follower

• Nutrition to support performance → (diet phases, reverse dieting)

This programming option is for the person who wants to dial in their specificity and get the most out of their training. We will start with scheduling a phone call to discuss your training goals, training history and any injuries or limitations we need to work around. You will feel heard, and your training program will be customized to suit your needs, to include the training equipment you have access to, and will change as YOU change and grow. We will have open ongoing dialogue and mentorship and a monthly sit down check in for strategy and to connect.
