Custom Remote Programming on Train Heroic App with Weekly Check-ins

This programming option is for the person who wants to dial in their specificity and get the most out of their training. We will start with scheduling a phone call to discuss your training goals, training history and any injuries or limitations we need to work around. You will feel heard, and your training program will be customized to suit your needs, to include the training equipment you have access to, and will change as YOU change and grow. We will have a weekly check-in to discuss the past week and plans for the upcoming week as well as discuss nutrition strategy. Clients are encouraged to move up or down tiers of coaching as you progress and your needs change. I am here to serve YOU, and that’s what it’s all about!
