This session can be taught in person or over Zoom.

In this 75min session, we will cover 10-12 lifts in detail, from foot stance to bracing to positioning to execution. After this session, you will feel confident approaching a barbell in any gym setting. Lifts we will cover are barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press, strict military press, hip thrust, barbell rows, dumbbell movements, etc (and anything else you request to learn)!
